INDULGE IN ULTIMATE COMFORT

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s beach cottage. The house is beautifully decorated, modern and yet homey. Everything we needed was available to us and the coffee bar was an extra touch my husband and I enjoyed. Just a short 5 min. walk to the beach or some bars and restaurants. We had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and even a beach cart for our enjoyment. Stephanie is a fabulous host and communicated well with us from start to finish. We hope to return to AMI with the whole family and would definitely stay at Stephanie’s place again.

We had an incredible mini vacation at this stunning new-construction home on Echo Lane in the gated Coosawattee River Resort, Ellijay. The location is unbeatable and an ideal mix of secluded tranquility and convenience, just a short drive to downtown Ellijay. Stephanie was an outstanding host: super responsive, friendly, and helpful with local tips from booking through checkout. We loved relaxing on the deck and soaking in that peaceful mountain vibe. Despite some rain limiting outdoor time, it was the perfect relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this beautiful property!

Stephanie was a great and responsive host and we enjoyed the unit as two families with 3 children. The beds were comfy and she supplied extra blankets and pillows. The location is walkable but with young ones renting the golf cart came in handy. I would recc also renting a car if wanting to keep young ones entertained off island and/or better grocery options (WFoods). The unit is centrally located to shoot to bean point or coquina beach. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but for those who plan to cook we felt it was a bit limited esp having only one lid for the pots and limited options to store leftovers. She does supply mini packets of olive oil and s&p. Coming from NY area we felt most of the restaurants on island were just ok with the exception of Waterfront on Bay Blvd. Also great seafood meal at starfish just off island. Hands down THE BEST coffee was love always coffee truck in smoqehouse parking lot. All in all a wonderful host and unit!

Our stay was so enjoyable! Buckhorn Lodge is cute and comfortable with several places to relax and soak in nature (and deer watch). Our favorite place, was hanging out on the porch bed swing upstairs ~ perfect for our evening glass of wine and morning coffee. Everything was just as described and the cabin was very well stocked. We really appreciated the extra special touches like the coffee/tea bar, s’mores supplies and cold water on arrival. Thank you, Stephanie!

The place was better than the listing, and the host was responsive. The area is peaceful with plenty of wildlife. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. We were very happy with our stay.

This was a lovely, clean and relaxing spot! And SO close to the beach! It was very well appointed for both adults and children. Well equipped kitchen, beach and pool gear right there, children’s pool toys, and even a gym that had adjustable weights, bench, resistance bands. My husband runs and the beach perfect place for that! There was ample space for all to gather to eat or sit comfortably and watch a movie. We certainly enjoyed the coffee bar in the mornings. The bedrooms were very welcoming and we loved that there were 2 king beds which were very comfortable with really nice linens. The pool is right down the path and hardly anyone was there. How nice was it to not have to worry about buying toilet paper and extra trash bags or dish and laundry soap? We rented golf carts and that was fun to explore. The sand is so soft and white (granddaughter said felt like cornstarch), the ocean is a clear blue that allows you to see fish even dolphins! We will be back hopefully very soon!

Our vacation timing was unfortunate due to the arrival of Hurricane Debby. The island never issued an evacuation order, so we stayed put. Fortunately, Stephanie’s home was comfortable, and our family of five had everything we needed to make the best of staying in. Stephanie was always available to answer our texts, especially as the forecast worsened and we had questions. Although we didn’t get to experience Anna Maria Island in all its glory, we were able to rest and enjoy our time together in comfort.

Stephanie’s Townhome was perfect for our SB and our oldest Senior Spring Break. Beach access was walkable, had a great screened porch and location is great. The house has all you need for cooking, coffee, laundry, etc. The garage is loaded with bikes, beach gear, pool toys, etc You can walk or ride bikes to access the whole Island and if you need a golf cart, she offers a first class one for rent right in her own garage.

A beautiful home away from home. Very comfortable and have everything you need to have fun, and relax with your friend and family! Love the big sofa for getting everyone together! Walking distance to the beach!!!
